Pandemic Office Hours for Self-Employed Professionals

Open Q and A Discussion with C.J. Hayden & Kristine Carey

COVID-19 conversations

The pandemic has been with us for over a year, and it’s still not business as usual. What’s best for self-employed professionals to be doing right now? What are we struggling with?

We definitely don’t have all the answers, but we have some ideas that can help. And some of you have experience that could help others. Let’s get together and talk about it.

We’re offering these free “office hours” once per month. You’re invited to join us to discuss your practical concerns about keeping your business alive while staying productive and sane during this crisis.

Come with your personal questions, issues, and wonderings, or just to spend quality time with other self-employed professionals. We’ll have an open conversation about whatever issues show up.

We’ll be meeting at the date and time below. Please register to receive an invitation to this session:

    Friday, Apr 30

    10:00-11:00 am Pacific Daylight Time
    1:00-2:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time
    6:00-7:00 pm British Summer Time

The session will be held using Zoom video conferencing. You do not need a webcam to participate. If you don’t have online access, you can also participate by phone.

Note: No programs or services will be sold at this session, and there’s no charge for it.

What will we talk about? Issues like these:

  • How do you plan ahead when everything is still so uncertain?
  • How do you market yourself when networking and speaking opportunities are so limited?
  • How do you work virtually with people who would rather work with you in person?
  • What can you do if your entire target market evaporated and hasn’t yet recovered?
  • You’re finding it hard to focus and get things done.
  • You’re worried about money, housing, the health of your loved ones, or the future of your business.
  • What can you do if you need business tomorrow?

We’ll answer what questions we can, make suggestions from our own experience, and give others the opportunity to share their own ideas about what’s appropriate and possible.

There’s no charge for this session, and nothing will be sold. We’re all in this together, and we want to help as many of you as possible get through it.

The session will be recorded for our own internal use only. No recordings will be available to those who can’t attend. These sessions are intended for live participation.

Please register to receive an invitation to upcoming sessions. You only need to register once for all dates.

The session will be held using Zoom video conferencing. You do not need a webcam to participate. If you don’t have online access, you can also participate by phone.

Take good care of yourself, friend. The world needs you!

Warmly,

C.J. Hayden & Kristine Carey
