Pandemic Office Hours for Self-Employed Professionals

Open Q and A Discussion with C.J. Hayden & Kristine Carey

COVID-19 conversations

All over the world, it’s no longer business as usual. What should self-employed professionals be doing right now? What can we do?

We definitely don’t have all the answers, but we have some ideas that can help. And some of you have experience that could help others. Let’s get together and talk about it.

We’re offering regularly scheduled “office hours.” You’re invited to join us to discuss your practical concerns about keeping your business alive while staying productive and sane during this crisis.

Come with your personal questions, issues, and wonderings, or just to spend quality time with other self-employed professionals. We’ll have an open conversation about whatever issues show up.

We’ll be meeting on the dates below. Please register to receive an invitation to any or all of these sessions:

    Friday, June 12
    Thursday, June 25

All sessions will take place at this time:

    10:00-11:00 am Pacific Daylight Time
    1:00-2:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time
    6:00-7:00 pm British Summer Time

The sessions will be held using Zoom video conferencing. You do not need a webcam to participate. If you don’t have online access, you can also participate by phone.

Note: No programs or services will be sold at these sessions, and there’s no charge for them.

What will we talk about? Issues like these:

  • How do you market now without seeming like you are tone-deaf or trying to take advantage of a difficult situation?
  • How do you work virtually with people who have only ever worked with you in person?
  • You’re finding it hard to focus and get things done.
  • You’re worried about money, housing, the health of your loved ones, or the future of your business.
  • What can you do if you need business tomorrow?

We’ll answer what questions we can, make suggestions from our own experience, and give others the opportunity to share their own ideas about what’s appropriate and possible.

There’s no charge for this session, and nothing will be sold. We’re all in this together, and we want to help as many of you as possible get through it.

The session will be recorded for our own internal use only. No recordings will be available to those who can’t attend. These sessions are intended for live participation.

Please register to receive an invitation to upcoming sessions. You only need to register once for all dates.

Take good care of yourself, friend. The world needs you!

Warmly,

C.J. Hayden & Kristine Carey
